Purpose:  Attracting young people to the insurance industry by identifying potential and offering support for success, while providing support to all generations throughout their journey in the industry.  Every phase is important. Young people are the future, Gen X is the bridge and Boomers are the foundation.  We can’t lose sight of any of the pieces that keep this industry thriving. Loss of any of the pieces diminishes the set.
